殷晓康
男，1983年8月生，山东青岛人，2005年6月毕业于华东理工大学获得信息工程专业学士学位，2006年12月毕业于英国华威大学（The University of Warwick）获得高级电子工程硕士学位，2011年7月毕业于英国华威大学获得工程学博士学位，现任中国石油大学（华东）教授，博士生导师，机电工程学院副院长。
先后主持国家自然科学基金项目3项、中国博士后科学基金特别资助和面上（一等资助）各1项，作为核心骨干参加国家重点研发项目3项，曾获山东省科技进步二等奖，青岛市科技进步一等奖，在国内外高水平学术期刊上发表论文50余篇。

主要从事电磁无损检测、结构健康监测技术与仪器研究。
学术任职
目前担任《中国石油大学学报》青年编委、IEEE IM协会无损评估与工业检测技术委员会成员、IEEE SA协会波形生成与测量技术委员会成员、中国特种设备检验协会检测技术应用与评价工作委员会新技术组成员、山东省机械工程学会无损检测委员会委员。
