Introduction

Professor Zhengmao Chen , born in November 1964, is currently working at Xi'an Jiaotong University, majoring in engineering mechanics and experimental mechanics.

Bachelor and Master of Xi'an Jiaotong University, Ph.D. of Tokyo University, recipient of the special government allowance of the State Council, distinguished professor of Xi'an Jiaotong University, and a new century talent of the Ministry of Education. Professor and Deputy Dean of School of Aerospace Engineering of Xi'an Jiaotong University, visiting professor of Tohoku University, Japan, concurrently serving as STC member of three series of international conferences including ISEM, editorial board member of 3 academic journals, director of International Society for Computational Electromagnetic Fields, executive director of Society for Nondestructive Testing and Electromagnetic Specialist Deputy director of the committee, chairman of the 14th ISEM, 19th ENDE conference, vice chairman of the Far East NDT New Technology &Application Forum Academic Committee, member of the nondestructive testing standard committee, etc. He presided over nearly 20 scientific research projects such as the National ITER Special Excellent Talent Project, ITER Special Project, National Natural Science Foundation of China (3 projects), and Sino-Japanese International Cooperation, and published more than 150 journal papers (80 SCI papers, H factor 14), international conferences He has more than 130 papers, 3 monographs, and nearly 10 patents. He has won 9 academic awards such as the Shaanxi Provincial Science and Technology First Prize (2nd place) and the ISEM Conference Chairman Award.
