Introduction

Adjunct professor at Zhejiang University, Beihang University, China University of Petroleum, Wuhan University of Technology.

Shuqing Lin received a bachelor's degree from Lanzhou University in July 1982. From April 1988 to July 1989, he was a visiting scholar in T_V, Hannover, Germany, and obtained the third-level non-destructive testing certificate (RT, MT, PT). He also received a certificate of completion from the Federal Ministry of Economics. In 2004, he obtained a master's degree in business administration from the Macau International Open University.

Shuqing Lin presided over and participated in more than 20 national or provincial key scientific and technological projects, participated in the formulation of 6 special equipment regulations and standards, published 4 major books (and translations), and obtained 1 invention patent. He has won 2 second prizes of ministerial-level scientific and technological progress, 4 first prizes, 3 second prizes, and 1 provincial third prize. He was awarded the title of Outstanding Party Member, Advanced Worker, and Outstanding Youth by the Central State Organs by the Ministry of Labor.
