
Xuanrong Ji
Professor/doctoral supervisor, deputy director of the State Key Laboratory of Precision Electronic Manufacturing Technology and Equipment jointly built by the province and ministry, and leader of the innovation team of the Pearl River Talent Program. He has been engaged in the core technology research and development of ultrasonic transducers and instruments in the world's leading ultrasonic nondestructive testing companies, and has outstanding achievements in cutting-edge research and industrialization of high-end ultrasonic transducers and instruments.
Introduction
At present, he is mainly engaged in the research of new ultrasonic non-destructive testing and monitoring, ultrasonic biological effects, and biomedical imaging. The research content includes ultrasonic transducers, instruments, imaging and signal processing algorithms and other related technologies. He has published nearly 50 SCI papers and applied for/authorized more than 60 patents; he has presided over the compilation of the national machinery industry standard JB/T11731 "Non-destructive Testing-General Technical Conditions for Ultrasonic Phased Array Probes", which has been approved by many national and military standards. Referenced by and the industry standard; as the main drafter of the national standard GB/T 32563-2016 "Non-destructive Testing-Ultrasonic Phased Array Testing Method" and the National Boiler and Pressure Vessel Standards Committee NB-T-47013.15 "Ultrasonic Phased Array Testing Method" 》 standard, which has promoted the development of domestic ultrasonic phased array detection technology. A number of ultrasonic transducers and phased array imaging patent technologies have been effectively transformed, and the series of piezoelectric composite probes and fully focused ultrasonic phased array instruments have been developed to achieve large-scale industrial applications, including aerospace, high-speed rail, nuclear power, etc. industry, among which the application of high-speed rail wheelset and hollow shaft detection probe covers the whole country.
As the project leader, he has undertaken major national/provincial projects such as the National Major Scientific Instrument and Equipment Development Project, the National Science and Technology Support Program, and the Guangdong Pearl River Talent Plan Innovation Team Project. He is the chairman of the Ultrasonic Transducer and Materials Special Committee of the Ultrasound Branch of the China Medical Equipment Association, and the vice chairman of the Ultrasound Special Committee of the Chinese Society for Nondestructive Testing. Won the first prize of Science and Technology of China Special Equipment Inspection Association in 2018 (ranked fourth), and won the Science and Technology Achievement Award of China Instrument and Control Society in 2013 (ranked first).
