Introduction

Liu Zenghua , born in October 1973, is a native of Hukou, Jiangxi Province. He is currently a professor and doctoral supervisor of the Department of Materials and Manufacturing, Beijing University of Technology. In March 2006, he obtained a doctorate degree in mechanical design and theory from Beijing University of Technology. At the end of 2006, he went to the City University of Hong Kong for short-term cooperative research. In 2010, he was fully funded by the China Scholarship Council to go to University College London as a visiting scholar for one year. In 2008, he was selected into the Beijing Science and Technology Rising Stars and the Outstanding Talents Training Program of the Beijing Organization Department. In 2013, he was selected for the International Capability Development Program of Jinghua Talents and Young Mentors of the University, and was promoted to professor in July 2014. Now he is the editorial board member of "Non-destructive Testing", "Measurement and Control Technology", "Journal of Beijing University of Technology", the editorial board member of the editorial board of "Journal of Internal Combustion Engine", the vice chairman of the Ultrasonic Testing Professional Committee of the Chinese Society for Nondestructive Testing, and the equipment of the China Instrument and Control Society. Professor Zenghua Liu has long been engaged in the research of ultrasonic and electromagnetic nondestructive testing technology, the principle and development of new sensors, structural health monitoring, etc., and has achieved a series of research results, some of which have been applied to engineering practice in the form of cooperation with enterprises. As the project leader, he has presided over more than 10 national and provincial scientific research projects. He has won 3 provincial and ministerial-level scientific research awards including the second prize of Zhejiang Science and Technology Award; he has published 1 translated book, and published more than 160 academic papers in domestic and foreign academic conferences and journals, of which more than 100 are included in SCI and EI; More than 2800 times; H index is 36; more than 30 national invention patents and more than 10 software copyrights have been approved.
