Call For Paper for the 2025 IEEE FENDT
The 2025 IEEE Far East NDT New Technology & Application Forum (2025 IEEE FENDT) will be held in Wuhan, Hubei Province, China, from June 23 to 26, 2025. The details of paper submission are as follows:
1. Conference Introduction
The objective of the 2025 IEEE FENDT is to enhance academic communication and promote innovation in non-destructive testing (NDT) technologies. It serves as an excellent platform to share new ideas, research findings, and technological advancements in various NDT techniques, including Ultrasonic Testing, Radiographic Testing, and more.

- Submission Steps:
The paper submission process consists of two stages: abstract submission and full paper submission. Please adhere to the following deadlines:
Abstract Submission Deadline: March 31, 2025
Full Paper Submission Deadline: March 31, 2025
Notification of Acceptance: April 20, 2025
Final Paper Submission Deadline: April 30, 2025
- Notification of Final Acceptance: May 31, 2025
4. Paper Requirements
1) Abstracts should be written in English with a clear title and may include key figures and tables. The total word count should be at least 800 words and the format is flexible.
2) The full paper should be written in English, presenting clear viewpoints, sufficient arguments, precise formulas, accurate data, well-designed figures and tables, and concise text. There is no limit to the number of words, and the total number of pages should not exceed 5 pages. It should be written according to the template.
3) The International System of Units (SI) is used for measurements, and refer to standard symbols.
4) Please submit Word and PDF documents in the specified template provided in the attachment. The conference will assign paper identification numbers.
5) Please include your detailed mailing address, postal code, telephone number, mobile phone number and email address.
6) The 2025 IEEE FENDT Academic Committee will organize experts reviews of all submitted papers.
